Race proven shock and vibration management with 'Autothane'®'Autothane'® high performance microcellular elastomer has proved its durability at high temperatures and high dynamic stresses on the Formula One race circuits. Three F1 Teams already specify 'Autothane' to manage their impact shock and vibration management, as it has been proved to be superior and more reliable than other systems. A Race Engineer for one of the Teams commented, "We are delighted with the co-operation and support from Hyperlast Limited - the 'Autothane' component has much improved durability at high heat and loads over the previous units". Already integral to many domestic and freight vehicles worldwide, 'Autothane' advances the technology of vehicle handling, comfort and ride. The use of 'Autothane' on the Grand Prix circuit reinforces the high quality, high performance specification and characteristics of the microcellular polyurethane elastomer. 'Autothane' project engineers work closely with each customers design departments to meet the specific needs of the vehicle, be it a racing car or a production saloon, to obtain the optimum component functionality. deformation, load deflection control, durability and design profiles

the inherent characteristics of high compressive strength, abrasion
