ALH Rail Coatings Limited supplies patented SERIES-SIX rail encapsulation, and develops polymer pre-coated rail systems to the light and heavy rail industries around the world.

SERIES-SIX is a two-component modified polyurethane system providing acoustic dampening of frequencies that generate rail noise; this technology is particularly beneficial in urban areas.

The high flexibility, long-term resistance to abrasion, tear, water, acids and alkalis, combined with electrical insulation properties, as well as excellent vibration absorption, is a development of Dow Hyperlast’s polyurethane elastomer technology.
